THE MIX TAPE RADIO MIX CDS ARCHIVE | #HI54MIXCDS
Every second Monday, I go back to the iTunes organizational system I had setup back when I used to run a 24/7 internet radio station and create an 18-track HI54 Mix CD out of my 'Mix Tape Radio approved' library. These are all the tracks featured so far.
As you may have heard, in order to put out more + longer mixes on Mixcloud, on top of the usual 8-track Mix Tape Radio Show episodes that drop every Thursday, I stumbled upon the idea of dusting off my old 24/7 internet radio station program organizer I had setup in iTunes back in the day and started shuffling up all the ‘mix tape radio approved’ songs in my library and making 18-track mix cds to post every second Monday.
And now that we’ve got a few episodes in the bag, I figured it was time to start one of those big (& counting) Spotify archives that collects every song that was ever featured (that’s available on Spotify) so people could throw the whole thing on shuffle if they ever fancy…
… so if that sounds like something you would fancy, it’d probably be a good idea to press the "follow" button over on Spotify so you can get future updates auto-magically appearing on your listening device (ie. like whenever I put together a new Mix Tape Radio Mix CD on Mixcloud, you can expect to find most of those tracks in this playlist). And, as always, when you hear something you like, do the universe some good and check those artists out further.
