This is a rap playlist that works good for when you need something in your ears to help motivate your next set of intentionally lifting heavy things over and over again. So it goes harder than my hip hop playlist, but not too hard because I don’t go to the gym and I only have a resistance band at home.

This playlist is kept at 54 tracks and gets refreshed with different rap jams that work well with working out muscles on a somewhat regular basis (y'know, instead of making a Volume 1 + Volume 2 versions)—so if you like the sounds you find on this modern mix cd…
