All in LONG PULLS
“Quit your phone. Delete all the apps that aren't absolute necessities. Just do it. It's not as impossible as it feels.”
“When you feel like you can't do anything, or the thoughts run too wild, go to the beach in the evening, just sit there and shut up. It's magic.”
“Go for a run once in a while. It's always a pain to get out the door, but each and every time I feel better and am glad that I did.”

In other words, hacking a Sega Mini is a pretty perfect project if you’re an old millennial trying to get through a global pandemic.
“Get out of bed, clean your house, put on some nice clothes, and take care of yourself. Do anything you can to establish routine if you don’t have one right now.”
“There’s definitely something different about listening to an album all the way through, having the physical copy with J-card/liner notes to check out and learn about the artist, and knowing I’m supporting the artist more directly.”
“If you're in an area with a COVID-19 outbreak, follow the guidance of public health experts!”
