* Providing the A's to the 5 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Q's today is Jeremy Squires – a singer-songer-slinger from North Carolina who makes the kind of tunes that go down well with a morning coffee and a good old fashioned stare out the window. Swing by his Bandcamp page and see for yourself.

#1 - WHAT IS THE ONE ALBUM (OR EP OR SONG) THAT YOU THINK SHOULD BE THE VERY NEXT MUSICAL THING THAT EVERYONE PRESSES PLAY ON THE NEXT TIME THEY FIND THEMSELVES THINKING “WHAT SHOULD I LISTEN TO NOW”?

I’ve really been digging the new The Dead Tongues album, Unsung Passage. Maybe, my go to track on that album is “Pale November Dew”

From The Dead Tongues' new album "Unsung Passage" out May 18 via Psychic Hotline. Pre-order your copy at http://thedeadtongues.com

Or “My Other”

"My Other" by The Dead Tongues from the album Unsung Passage Stop motion video by Jeremy Joachim

It’s a great album and these are two stand out tracks from it.

#2 - WHAT IS THE ONE MOVIE OR TV SHOW THAT YOU THINK SHOULD BE NEXT IN EVERYBODY’S NETFLIX QUEUE (OK, DOESN’T HAVE TO BE NETFLIX, WE’RE ALL INTERNET ADULTS HERE AND KNOW HOW TO FIND ANYTHING ONLINE, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER)?

I really enjoyed The OA. If you like unclassifiable shows that blur lines. I thought it was quite beautiful.

Trust the unknown. Netflix Original Series 'The OA' is now streaming on Netflix. instagram.com/the_OA From Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij, the visionary filmmakers behind Sound of My Voice and The East, comes a powerful, mind-bending tale about identity, human connection and the borders between life and death.

Also, I really liked The Killing. If you enjoy dark mysteries and crime dramas with a twist. It is a pretty great show.

Based on the Danish series Forbrydelsen, THE KILLING follows various murder investigations led by homicide detectives "Sarah Linden" (Mireille Enos) and "Stephen Holder" (Joel Kinnaman). Seasons one and two chronicled the "Rosie Larsen case," with Linden and Holder investigating the murder of a teenage girl.

#3. I (AND BY “I” I MEAN “THE PERSON THAT IS READING THIS”) AM GOING TO THE BOOK STORE (OK, PROBABLY AMAZON) TO FIND THE VERY NEXT BOOK THAT I WILL BE PUTTING SOME EXTREMELY VALUABLE ‘ME-TIME' ASIDE FOR. WHICH BOOK WOULD YOU GET, IF YOU WERE ME (AND, I SUPPOSE, YOU HADN’T ALREADY READ WHAT YOU’RE ABOUT TO SUGGEST)?

I would suggest “Hello, My Name Is Henry” by Micah Schnabel.

You can find it on Amazon, but I would recommend buying it from his bandcamp page.

#4 - WHAT IS THE ONE WEBSITE (OR JUST ANY OLD INTERNET THING: APP, GIF, SERVICE, WHATEVER) THAT YOU WOULD GET REALLY DOWN IN THE DUMPS ABOUT IF IT WERE TO SUDDENLY GO AWAY?

I really enjoy the Dodo. It’s a really great website that shares compelling and in depth stories about all types of beautiful animals. They are very shareable.

Baby Animals Figure Out Life | Whether it's a puppy trying the stairs for the first time or a baby deer taking its first steps - these baby animals are figuring it out - one adorable step at a time Footage provided by ViralHog: (https://www.facebook.com/viralhog/) Footage provided by Caters TV: https://www.facebook.com/catersnews Love Animals?

I like to send links to my wife and kids some days.

#5 - AND FINALLY… PLEASE GIVE ONE COMPLETELY UNAIDED RECOMMENDATION THAT YOU THINK EVERYONE SHOULD START DOING / USING / WATCHING / EATING / THINKING / QUITING / ETC-ING TO MAKE THEIR LIVES A LITTLE BIT MORE BETTER AND/OR BEARABLE.

I think everybody should put down their phones once in a while, get off of social media, stop staring at screens and disengaging from what’s all around them.

I feel like we should all be present to our loved ones and to life. Not constantly distracted, stressed and multi - tasking random things that are far less important. I think taking a deep breath, opening your eyes, touching and feeling are the most important things. Xoxo

OK folks, there you have it. Things that Jeremy Squires thinks you should consider incorporating into your day/life. Before you log off and go spend some time away from screens, make sure to follow Jeremy on Facebook / Twitter / Instagram and make sure to pop by Jeremy's Bandcamp page and stock up on some of that good not staring at a phone music.
