• Get some hobbies outside of the black mirror of social media, pick up something physical, real and dig your hands and heart into it. It's good for the soul. Might also make you live longer. (Running, Biking, Hiking, Painting, Music making, Film Making, poetry, sewing, love making, love making, etc)
• Writing and shooting skits with friends - its an awesome way to hang out with something to do together and you’ll always end up laughing.
•Playing the piano - even if you’ve never taken lessons. Just go for it.
