The new Black Angels album Wilderness Of Mirrors is perfect.
A perfect no-skip track record which honestly I feel like they've consistently delivered for their entire discography.
#2 - WHAT IS THE ONE MOVIE OR TV SHOW THAT YOU THINK SHOULD BE NEXT IN EVERYBODY’S NETFLIX QUEUE (OK, DOESN’T HAVE TO BE NETFLIX, WE’RE ALL INTERNET ADULTS HERE AND KNOW HOW TO FIND ANYTHING ONLINE, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER)?
MAID. Maid is a beautiful portrayal of the endless onslaught of struggles for people living below the poverty line and it explores thematic factors like mental illness, substance abuse, and domestic violence.
Definitely a trigger warning here for DV but a much-needed deep dive into what is a daily reality for so many people. Some quintessential depictions of class warfare through an empathetic lens.

I (AND BY “I” I MEAN “THE PERSON THAT IS READING THIS”) AM GOING TO THE LOCAL BOOK STORE (OK, MAYBE THE LOCAL LIBRARY FIRST) TO FIND THE VERY NEXT BOOK THAT I WILL BE PUTTING SOME EXTREMELY VALUABLE ‘ME-TIME' ASIDE FOR. WHICH BOOK WOULD YOU GET, IF YOU WERE ME (AND, I SUPPOSE, YOU HADN’T ALREADY READ WHAT YOU’RE ABOUT TO SUGGEST)?

Go for a walk every day, even if it's only 15 minutes. No phone, no music, no podcast, find a nearby green space if you can, just walk and breathe and listen and exist.
