Nov 5 EPS 078 | THE MIX TAPE RADIO SHOW

I first put EPISODE 078 together back in 2016, BUT, because I am currently once again messing about with my ‘HI54.BLOG + MOUN.TOWN/RADIO + 95EH.CA’ domain equation in whatever year it is now, I’ve been revisiting some archived Mixcloud mixes to update the weekly updated ‘all day mix tape radio’ rotation over on MOUN.TOWN/RADIO (or ‘MTR’ for short/npr puns) — AND — this still-sounds-nice-to-my-ears digital mixtape seemed like a perfect candidate to polish up and throw back on top of the MTR pile because:

A) Good music, mixed together intentionally, has a tendency to continue sounding good no matter how far back the ear candy was originally intermingled — so press the play (▶) button on the embedded mixtape radio player below to test this theory out yourself ↓

B) This “old” Mix Tape Radio episode never got an accompanying blog post to link out to from the original Mixcloud post the first time I shared it (ie. one only has time for so many things when trying to put together a blog post), so this is a way for me to refurbish past content into new-to-somebody content (reduce, reuse, recycle, innit).

As always, if/when you hear something you like, do the universe some good and support/check those artists out further (it all adds up).
