THING YOU COULD DO: Go on a literary treasure hunt at ‘Friends Used Bookstore’, eh!!
95 WORDS OR LESS: “My missus can spend HOURS in a thrift store, but, because the men’s section is always A LOT smaller than the ladies, I end up biding most of my time with the used books — which has become a process of slow discovery that I quite enjoy (and has led to a nice collection of books… some that I’ve even started to get around to actually reading). Well, ‘The Friends of the Kimberley Public Library Used Bookstore’ is like someone took all the small thrift store book sections and combined them into one big easy to browse secondhand literature treasure hunt, where the prices are ‘pay what you like’ and go to a good community cause, and they plopped the whole thing down in the Platzl parking lot, right next door to where I live. You might not find exactly what you’re looking for when you visit, but you will find something you didn’t know you were looking for — and that’s always more fun anyways.”

*Since ‘Friends Used Bookstore’ are currently only open Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays, I was going to wait to post until I was able to pop down and grab a picture from inside of the store, but then I found this image on their Facebook page, and it even had me browsing an aisle in the pic, so I figured I’d just go with that :)
