Did you know that it takes about 420 songs to make a playlist that will play continuously for an entire day?
Sure, '420' also has some reefer connotations, but I swear this playlist concept is mostly built around the knowledge of how many songs you usually need for 24hrs of unrepeated tuneage, smoke or no smoke*. It's probably most accurate to think of this playlist as what you'd expect to find on the dusty jukebox in the corner of my made-up establishment The HI54LOFI.
Press the play button below to fire it up in Spotify now.
I plan on keeping this playlist at a lofty 420 songs all the time, but I will be jumping in and tweaking the song selection whenever the feeling hits me (ie. as I listen to new to me music and go "ohh… I think I like that").
So if the idea of being able to throw 24hrs worth of music on shuffle whenever you're in need of some tasty background ear candy—for example, maybe you have your own pretend establishment, or maybe you have a real one—make sure to hit the 'Follow' button when on Spotify as that way you'll get the auto-magic updates whenever I make any playlist adjustments.
And if you don't use Spotify, I'm sure you already know about the ways you can import a Spotify playlist into whatever streaming service you use (and if you don't know, get that google out). If you have any problems finding a way to listen, shoot me a message.
* Of course, getting a little high has never made music sound worse, so feel free to go the full four-twenty if you so desire (just don't expect to be met with a bunch of Bob Marley cuts).
